Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

This return policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable law. Your legal warranty rights remain fully valid, are free of charge, and are not limited or affected by the terms of this policy.

1. Cancellation

For in-stock items, order cancellations are accepted before the order has been shipped.

For pre-order items, cancellations are accepted before production has begun or before the item has been shipped, unless otherwise stated in Goalker’s specific pre-order terms.

If your order has already been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to intercept the shipment. If interception is not possible, please contact our customer support team for further instructions on return and refund processing.

2. Returns (if applicable)

Goalker accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to this page for the detailed terms and conditions.

You may return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind (no reason required):

The item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.

• Damaged, defective, or incomplete orders:

If the product or packaging arrives damaged, is defective, or parts are missing, please contact us with relevant supporting evidence (such as photos) so we can assist you promptly.

3. Return fee

Returns Due to Product Quality Issues

If a return is due to a product defect, damage, or quality issue, no return shipping fees apply. Goalker will cover the return shipping costs, and your refund will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns for Non-Quality-Related Reasons

For returns due to personal preference or other non-quality-related reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the courier selected.

Any costs resulting from incorrect shipping information or refused deliveries will also be borne by the customer.

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund processing:

  • The return request is submitted after the return period has expired, calculated from the date the goods were received.
  • The returned product does not include all original accessories, attachments, or original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is not provided, or there is reasonable suspicion that it has been altered or falsified.
  • The product defect or damage results from unauthorized use, modification, or improper installation or operation, including exposure to liquids, foreign substances (such as water, oil, or sand), or misuse.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, or water-protection markings show signs of tampering or removal.
  • The damage is caused by external factors beyond normal use, such as fire, flooding, storms, or lightning.
  • The product is not returned to Goalker within 30 calendar days after return approval has been confirmed.

This policy does not affect or limit your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.

4. Return process

To request a return, please contact our customer service team or use the contact options available on the Goalker Store. Our team will verify whether your order is eligible for a return.

Once your return eligibility is confirmed, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to package and return your items. Please confirm the return address before shipping and ensure that all components, accessories, and original packaging are included.

5. Return of Incorrect Items

Please ensure that you return the correct and complete item. Refunds can only be processed once the correct item has been received.

If you accidentally send the wrong item, please contact our customer service team immediately. Goalker cannot store items sent in error and cannot guarantee their return. No compensation will be provided for items sent incorrectly.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure they are complete, correct, and eligible for return.

Once your return has passed inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Please note that after Goalker issues the refund, it may take up to 7 business days or longer (depending on your bank) for the amount to be credited to your account.

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as financial institutions may require some time to process the transaction.

Exchange policy

1. Exchange Service Requests

In addition to your statutory warranty rights under applicable law and our warranty policy, you are entitled to request an exchange within 30 days from the day after receiving the goods, provided that one of the following applies:

  • The product was damaged during transportation, and valid proof of damage from the shipping service can be provided to Goalker.
  • The product differs significantly from its original description.
  • The product has a material or manufacturing defect.

After the 30-day period, we offer repair or replacement services in accordance with applicable law and our warranty policy. Please note that this exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. Exclusions from Exchange

An exchange cannot be processed in the following cases:

• The 30-day exchange period (from the day after receipt of the goods) has expired.

• A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) is not provided, or there are signs of falsification or tampering.

• The product is returned without original accessories, components, or packaging, or has been damaged due to improper handling.

• The defect or damage results from unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, foreign substances (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.

• Product labels or serial numbers have been tampered with.

• The damage was caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, storm, lightning).

• The product is not returned within 30 calendar days of Goalker confirming the exchange.

• Proof of transport damage from the shipping service cannot be provided.

4. Exchange Costs

Goalker will cover the shipping costs for exchanges in the following cases: product defects or damage during transportation.For all other cases, including exchanges requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for both return and resend shipping costs.
